Subproject 4: Data analysis

Data science to understand tumor heterogeneity, evolution, and resistance

 

In SP 1-3 and 5, genomic, epigenomic, transcriptomic, phenotypic, and functional data are generated to comprehensively characterize ITH in FDS. This SP will develop new avenues of managing these multilayered datasets for the consortium and the public. New data science algorithms are developed to extract key parameters and mechanisms of ITH dynamics and treatment resistance.
Key deliverables:
  1. a cloud portal to analyze data
  2. new methods for calculating molecular maps of ITH and their phylogenies
  3. integrative analyses of cancer evolution and therapy response
